Anyways, about a month or so ago, my laptop/notebook whatever you want to call it began to act up. It began with slight memory problems, even though I didn't have much on it. Only things like Wizard101, Roblox (im only a highschooler. I need some forms of entertainment), google chrome, and pictures and videos in my one drive, which is connected to my phone. At first, it started with not installing system updates. Then, my home screen picture would turn black and some icons, like internet explorer, would disappear. It would do that quite a bit, then go back to normal, and chrome would randomly run out of space. Now, however, it wont even let me get on it. When I type in my password, then screen turns a greyish black with my mouse, but then turn black, and turn off.
I tried deleting a bunch of things off of one drive, thinking it would work since its connected with my phone and I thought it had memory problems, but it didn't help. I'm not exactly sure what to do now.. I'm thinking it might be a virus, but I'm not sure. Could anyone help me out?
I'm sorry for any typos or grammar mistakes.

Hello, @death242803 - Hope you are well 🙂
Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand that your HP Stream is not starting up normally. I will be glad to be of your assistance 🙂
Going through your post, I could suggest you perform a system restore to reset your PC to a previous working state and if that fails to perform a complete system recovery. Here you go:
1) System Restore:
System Restore automatically creates restore points, a memory of the system files and settings on the computer at a particular point in time. Then, when you use System Restore to restore your computer to a point in time before an issue began, System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected.
Go to http://hp.care/2bS4d95 and follow the steps under “Restore your computer when Windows cannot start normally”.
2) System Recovery:
System recovery is the last step to troubleshoot this issue. This option reformats the system drive (usually C:), reinstalls the original operating system and reinstalls all the original hardware drivers and software. All you save files will be lost and your computer will be formatted to the day you purchased the machine.
Go to http://hp.care/2d8t85o and follow the steps under "Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly" to perform the recovery.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂

found your post while trying to find out why the HP Pavilion 360 does not switch to tablet in some Roblox games. Touch works but you don't get the touch on screen controls for moving etc. This is either inconsistent or works the tablet works in some games and not others. Have you experienced this in Roblox?
