Am i going to need to get an original HP image and a usb adapter to reinstall the original OS now?

my BSOD error code when holding volume down powering on the device, and using the f11 recovery option is,

A Required device isn't connected or can't be accessed. 0xc000000f

pressing the windows button does nothing.

If there is a guide to recover the original OS i would happily accept it!

Hi,

Welcome to HP Support Forum. You can access f11 for Recovery function BEFORE upgrading to Windows 10, not now. Please try the following way to go back to Windows 8.1 after 30 days.
