I have a solid white light when I plug into outlet charging the notebook hp stream x360 will not power on or nothing just black screen and solid white light any help please!!

You might plug in a TV to the HDMI port to see if the problem is with the display.  Also, if the light stays on when unplugging the power supply, leave it unplugged until the battery completely discharges.  Plug it back in and try to boot it.
