HP G60
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

From a former 6 Year hp FTE, I need help from my former Colleagues:

My VERY OLD (but great) hp laptop is booting with the following messages;

  • Black Screen, Blue Box    Enter Power On Password?  message. ( no previous passwords work )
  • Screen, Blue Box    System Disable [ 73221159 ]  message.

There have been Battery Issues for years (replaced 7/2013) but has always been PERFECT when plugged in.  I have NO IDEA how this started, but obviously it appears to be a BATTERY or SEVERAL FAILED LOG-IN ATTEMPTS - but I was only a DBA and this error is WAY out of my comfort zone.

ANY Help is greatly appreciated

  • PRODUCT:    WA584UA#ABA
  • MODEL:    G60-637CL

Thank you again,

' Chris '
