Product: HP Stream x360 Convertible
I attempted to reset my notebook through setting but received an error message. The PC is now only showing a black screen with HP symbol. I went through most of the testing to make sure things were functioning appropriately. When I attempted to reboot system by the F10 or F11 key it's says my pcp needs repair however I do not have a recovery tool installation media. I'm not sure what to do?
