Product: Envy m6 - notebook n010dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)
Have not used my envy m6 envy with beats in months due to illness. Last time I used it was in July to try to update from windows 8.1 to 10. Wouldn't complete the update so reverted into booting the computer back to windows 8. When I turn on now it is asking for the administrator password or power on password? Hit enter and after 3 times it comes up system disabled code 55761311. How do gain access back to my computer?

Hi Paul, THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH! I was beginning to lose hope that I would never be able to use the computer again and really can not afford to buy even a used one at the moment. You are a blessing. I can now get back to finding and filling out job applications online from home instead of running to the library all the time and having to wait an hour or so to use for an hour or so. Thank you again and have a great holiday!
