Hi,
If the fan has stopped working you will need to get replaced. If in warranty contact HP support who will help you. If not, you will need to bring to technician or perform the operation yourself.
Here is the service manual so you can see what this means (page 56).

You can also find the part number and use in the HP parts store to find fan or you can find compatible fans online.
