Trying to get my drivers back

 "I have an envy 15t j100 select cto energy star. My O.S. got corrupt during an update, to the point where it had to be wiped then replaced. I'm trying replace drives. Cool sense is the one giving me the problem. when i try to download the drive a message states that its here, but i don't have an icon. My question is what is the app or icon that all of the apps together(support assistant, beats audio, smart friend, simple pass and cool sense) and how do I get that back or just the cool sense desktop icon "

I  used that. Thats where I get a message that the program is there. I figured that it might be corrupt and I try to overwrite all. When I do I get a message  I need NET FRAMEWORK 3.5 to download . go to microsoft to get this framework. Microsoft only has NET FRAMEWORK 4 which is already installed.  Is there another way to get an icon so I cn manage cool sense?
