HP PAVILLION AU 620 TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My first os which comes with laptop is windows 10 but at present i have changaed ubuntu. Now i have tried to change windows 10. When inserting a usb flash drive, the bootable drive option does not show usb flash drive

Hi! @Santhosh_Snt, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand you are not getting USB boot option in BIOS.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Have you tried checking with a different flash drive?

 

Please update BIOS and chipset drivers on your PC and check if the USB option is listed in BIOS.

Also, update chipset drivers using this link.
