So I bought this laptop (hp envy x360 2 in 1) during my freshman year in college about a 2 years ago and the laptop been running fine, however as of recently( 6 months ago) my laptop USB c charger works and then it stops working after some time meaning I have to buy a new one. This is my 4th new charger since I bought this laptop and I'm tired of buying one Any ideas?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc

 

What is it that you are trying to charge using your USB-C port? 

Eg: you can charge your devices like phones, and tablets from the USB C port.

 

Kindly elaborate more on the issue.
