Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi!

I did buy a small notebook HP Mini 5102 (used), I also downloaded a lot of drivers to it. When I should install software for the webcam, the software responds that my operating system isn't HP compatible, I have Windows 7 32-bit starter installed on it. I also tried to use the webcamera directly without installing separately software for it (webcam is installed in the system) but Skype can't find it, what should I do to solve this problem? Is there any software from a third part I can use or what? It makes me a bit pussled since I have never had that problem coming up before.

Grateful for a good answer on my problem
