Where I can find my new hp Notebook opening system and recovery softwares from their website?

 

1. I install bios system update from hp and failed.

2. The HP ENVY Notebook 17- u011nr start shows the message "something incorrect".

3.Then I do the restore point.

4. After I did this, the PC can not run windows 10 correctly. Lost almost 50% function.

5 So, I run recovery.

6 The result is OP dead.

I guest, I need to reinstall all the windows OP and all the hardware drive software.

Where I can find my new hp Notebook opening system and recovery softwares from their website?
