HP Notebook 15-ba004AX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought my HP notebook 15-ba004AX 4 months ago, and installed Windows 10 from my company. After couple of months of using and get Windows 10 update regularly, I noticed that Windows 10 won't start after installing specific update. Unfortunately I can't specifically point what update that made my windows failed to start. I try to recovered my windows using windows 10 repaired tool but it end up failed and I have to reinstall my windows 10 all over again. This problem occurred 3 times now, and it irritates me. And now power button on my notebook act weird, I need to push it twice before it can power up cause push it one only make notebook "on" four a few second. I really need a solution for my notebook. Is it hardware failed? Or Windows 10 update failed?

Hello, @Blizt16 - Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome back to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

Going through your post, I see that you are facing issues after updating the Windows 10 on your HP notebook. When I checked the specs on your notebook, I found that the notebook came with the DOS OS. So, when you updated to Windows 10, did you use a licensed / genuine window 10? Please let me know.

Also, try a clean install of Windows 10 using the media creation tool. You can download it here: http://bit.ly/2p3RIMA

Thanks, I look forward to hearing back from you!

Good luck 🙂
