We have ordered a laptop that has come with Windows 7.
A slip inside the packaging says that we are eligible to receive a copy of Windows 10 recovery media. The laptop has been registered, but it's not obvious where to download or sign up for the media.
Help would be appreciated

What I've gathered from that is, if you're outside the USA/Canada then you need to contact HP support for the media.
Again, it's not clear - how do I open a ticket with HP Support, hopefully without having to call?
