Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My omen laptop was updating last night then had to reset to apply changes. Then it got stuck in this loop for hours. Not sure what to do. Ran a quick check and long check on all components and everything passed. I have switched off and on and also done the 10 second hold. Can someone please help me with steps on what to do now. Thankyou for your help.

If you have created the recovery media or have a usb Windows 10 installer, then you can recover to the previous version of the installed operating system.

Since there is no F8 or left shift on start to enter Safe mode, using a usb recovery flash drive is your best option.

You can download  the media creation tool from the following Microsoft web page and create a usb recovery flash drive.
