Windows 10 won't start on my hp laptop

One day my hp laptop suddenly stopped loading windows 10 everytime I turn it on it comes up preparing automatic repair then a white box flashes up for a second the it says diagnosing your pc then it comes up your pc did not start correctly then there are 2 options restart or advanced options restart does the same thing none of the advanced options work I've tried things online people have said none of them work then I got windows 10 onto a usb to see if that would work and I thought I was getting somewhere as the windows logo popped up and as I looked online the windows set up is meant to pop up but a white box pops up for a second then it goes to chose you langue then it just goes in a never ending g loop please help
