HP Pavilion - 15t-au100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a customer who wants thier new HP Pavilion downgraded to Windows 7 from Windows 10.  We have been able to get drivers for everything except the video card and USB drivers.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no way you can install W7 on that platform.

If you look into the Intel HD graphics driver setup information file on the Intel website, you will not see any W7 support for the Kaby Lake version of the Graphics driver.

Hi:

What processor and graphics does it come with?

Some of these new models have the new Intel 7th generation core processors, and there is no driver support by Intel, HP or Microsoft for any other operating system, but W10.

I was afraid that might be the case, the processor is an i7 7500U Kaby Lake and graphics we think is Intel HD Graphics 520.
