Hi
I know this may seem like a strange request, but I was hoping someone could help me?
I have just recently flat lined my A900 and I have loaded all drivers but in Device Manager, under Other Devices it shows an unknown device, which every time windows open up it try's to load this device but sits like the constantly.
Would some one please if possible add an imagine here showing a screenshot of your device manager with the other devices tab open so I can see what I am missing or if you could just reply with what is under that tab.
Thanks in advance.

That device is the HP QLB (Quick Launch Buttons).... Please see HP Quick Launch Buttons v6.50.18.1 Rev. A (20 Aug 2010). Next, click the "Download" buttonto the right of the file name"sp49456.exe"

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.
The above requested information can be found on the bottom of your computer, inside the battery compartment or on the startup BIOS screen. Please see How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? for more assistance locating this information. DO NOT include your serial number.
"A900" is not a model, rather it is a series of models. Please provide the above requested information and the OS you have installed on the computer. Please post the Windows Device Manager's "Hardware Ids" (just the string of text will do) for those devices you having issues with, or any others that are listed as missing or/and unknown devices as shown in the example below.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Support for your computer can be found at Compaq Presario A910EM Notebook PC. Your computer is a model "A910EM" and is about 8 to 9 years old. HP doesn't appear to be providing the factory specifications for this model and it appears that this model shipped with Windows Vista installed. Additionally, HP is only providing drivers for Windows Vista.
Again, please provide the OS you have installed on the computer. Also post the Windows Device Manager's "Hardware Ids" (just the string of text will do) for those devices you having issues with, or any others that are listed as missing or/and unknown devices as shown in the example below;
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
