I lost my administrator password for my hp stream notebook,haven't even used it once and when I type in wrong password system disabled code52434361 comes up please help

thanks for the code but now the screen goes from navy blue to black then navy blue with hp on it and repeats any advice

Hi,

 

You're welcome :generic:

 

Shutdown the notebook. 

 

Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the available tests.

 

Post back with the results, including any error codes that may be generated.

 

Can you also post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.

Well far am tapping away but no luck,it starts off blue then the hp screen pops up then black then starts over and mean time am tapping away,here's the model#11-rol5w and s/n 5CD5443BL4&p/n T6c50ua#ABA,hOPefully u have more ideas thanks again
