Help! my laptop is showing a blue screen that says "Enter administrator password or power on password" I dont know what that pass word is! It is a pavilion dv4-2145dx THANKS SO MUCH!

Help im locked out of the blue screen thay asm enter administrator password or power on password it disables after 3rd try ;System disabled 50790532
