Example: notebook 14-am052nia
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Im using a windows 10 enterprise operating system, so i tried installing a new windows 10. During the installation, my system suddenly went off, i turned it back on immediately. While booting, it brought out a message to restart and continue installation, i clicked okay and the system restarted, but it kept on repeating that message and restarting several times.
Now i tried to boot into recovery mode but instead, it shows me an error message. Please what can i do? I realy need help

Hi,

Do a hard reset: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

Do extensive hard drive and memory tests from UEFI/BIOS System Diagnostics:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259

Report back with results.

In that case, Do a clean install of Windows 10 using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating bootable installation USB as given in this tutorial systematically:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-clean-install-windows-10-a.html

Additional drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-14-am000-notebook-pc-series/10862182/model/13498...
