How large does the USB flash drive have to be in order to create a password reset disk for an HP Elitebook 8560w?

The USB can be of small capacity -- the setup and space requirement is tiny as compared to most backups we put on a USB stick.
Purchase a high-quality USB Drive of smaller capacity (probably 2GB if these are still available).
