Greetings @DK281

I understand that the browsers are not responding after your computer wakes up from sleep.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Have you tried any power troubleshooter from the control panel?

Recommend you open task manager and disable any applications that you do not use on startup.

Task manager can be accessed by doing a right-click on the taskbar on the bottom.

Observe the computer after disabling the startup items.

If the issue persists, please run an SFC scan on your computer.

Open the command prompt as administrator.

Type sfc /scannow and hit enter

Refer to this Microsoft article for assistance.

Let me know if this helped.

Thanks for the reply and trying the troubleshooting steps.

Recommend you to reset Internet options and check if the browsers work after waking the computer from sleep.

Open control panel by doing a right-click on the Windows button.

Select view by category and change it to small or large icons (You will find this option on the top-right side of the control panel window)

Select internet options.

On the internet options window, on the top right-side click on advanced.

On the advanced tab, towards the bottom, you will have an option to reset.

Please click on reset, refer to Step 4 in this HP article and follow the procedure under 9 in Step 4.

There are other troubleshooting steps as well mentioned in the Article.

Also, run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated on your computer. Click here

Let me know how it goes.
