Hello I'm in need of some help I recently receive a blue screen ntfs system file error, on running a UEFI system diagnostic my hard drive received failure I.D pshxko-7888kl-mfpv7g-60vs03. I do not want to factory reset as I have items that aren't yet backed up please help

Hi,
Hard drive has failed. You've to replace it with a new one of similar form factor
There are 2 main methods you can try to salvage data from failed drive :
1) Create LiveCD from another computer. Boot from this disc in your laptop, then copy the files from failed HDD to another external hard drive connected to notebook.

2) Take out the failed hard drive out. Connect it to another computer using SATA to USB adapter. Use Windows explorer to copy the files you need from HDD to another external hard drive.

2.5 inch SATA 7mm thick internal notebook HDD
Use HP Recovery USB to factory reset after replacement of HDD or
Clean install Windows 10 Home after replacement
Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet
