Welcome to the HP Support forum.

 

This is related to forgotten/unknown BIOS password. In order to fix it, please enter/use this as a response code >>  e9lo777z5p

 

Reads like : echo, nine, letter, opera, seven, seven, seven, zebra, five, pork.

 

Entering the code directly with the message or as s substiture to the BIOS or login password should allow you reset the password and security related settings.
