i tried to download new window 7 OS through the windows website so i could format my system but this was the reply i received when i tired to varify my product. "The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options." please can someone help me or tell me what to do, have sent mail to hp but have not recieved and reply from them. thanks

i have tried using the link you sent to me but cant still resolve the issue. i just need to reformat my system but the production key that came with my laptop is not working on window 7 verification page (as staged above in my first message)
