Hi,
Hard drive has failed.
You should be replacing failed hard drive with a new one of similar form factor.
Use Recovery media created after first setup of this notebook, to factory reset after replacement of HDD.
You can back up data from failed drive by taking out HDD, connecting to another PC using SATA to USB adapter. Then use explorer to copy the files you need.

Do i need to replace? The problem was i can't open my account it says "Welcome"but not completely boot..so when i open my other account it works however when i did switch user to my original account to get my files then all my account cannot open...i think the problem is in the OS so i want to reinstall..is it okay to try before i change my hard drive?thanks for reply!
