- how to get ISO for win 7 back after win 10 erased it

I have recently made a dumb error of forgetting to test the free upgrade from win 7 to win 10. After a month, when I returned, my HP mini 5103 turned out to be almost frozen (you have to wait for minutes for a menu to unfold). I wanted to return to win 7 but the new win 10 had already erased it. Microsoft has washed hands because the win 7 was a preinstalled copy and suggested turning to the producer of the hardware - HP. Now, I can not find any place on the hp online service network that would offer any assistance in solving the problem, but perhaps I am only a novice failing to see what is in front of me, or is it? Is there anybody in the community who has already dealt with similar problems or heard of a solution to it. I would much appreciate some advice.
Thanks in advance.

Understand that ANY Win7 ISO you get from Microsoft is going to be a Retail version, and while you CAN install that in your HP product, you SHOULD NOT!
Why?
Because the product key that came with your HP product is for the OEM version of Windows that came preinstalled and that key will NOT WORK with any Microsoft Windows versions you download.
The ONLY version that will activate on your PC is the HP OEM version. And, for that, you need to obtain HP Recovery Media.
HP Recovery Media is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities. In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks. You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.
You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update". If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.
Or, if you prefer, you can do the same by contacting HP Customer Service:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If you have trouble finding a phone number, then try: 1 (800) 474-6836
---------------------------------------
However, HP Customer Support is generally not available on the weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday to contact them.

If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you can check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Good Luck

HI.
Here I leave the ISO of windows 7, you need a software like rufus, to mount it in a pendrive:

This is an update on my doings since I received your kind advice - I am posting it because I think you deserve information on what happened to your advice.
I tried to download iso images from the microsoft site but as you predicted, it turned out that my oem key can not open retail versions. Then I tried contacting hp sites but the only thing that I found was a suggestion that I buy a recovery kit for ab. 45 usd - since the small laptop that I was trying to revive is currently worth slightly more than that I declined. The independent providers whom you kindly listed did not have the version for my laptop. Finally, since I had already wasted 3 days on multiple attempts and falsestarts I decided to bypass the problem by downloading the latest version of linux (tried fedora but failed so downloaded ubuntu). This is not an ideal solution because the open office sometimes failes to translate its format seamlessly into microsoft, which is sometimes demanded in my work from me, but it is better than paying again for the same programme (even if I had the money, which I do not) or dumping the working device.
Thank you once more to all that got interested in my problem and offered competent solutions - they apparently were not competent enough to make up for my initial incompetence.
Thanks and best wishes to all
