Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have my hp pavilion dm3-1011tu notebook. I would like to format it but the BIOS screen is very complex

I always recommend: please don't touch to BIOS if you do not know what are you looking for. Because playing around with BIOS is a shortest way to brick your machine.

 

Now, why you need to touch to BIOS just for format your machine ?
