I need a copy of the Recovery Media Creation software. The computer has Recovery Disk Creator, but this model doesn't come with a CD or DVD player/recorder.

Hello DK,

 

 

You may have to use external ODD to create RECOVERY MEDIA.

 

Or 

 

You can also use USB option for Recovery Media creation.
