Pavilion W8X98EA#ABU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought HP pavilion 15 bc006 with windows 10 installed, and 2 days after purchasing I got hacked. I emediately did a reset and changed all my passwords.

I would like to know, how I can make sure the threat is gone and its not somewhere inside the system?

Also if there is any bigger reset I can do?

And whwre to find out this computer is the original I bought? As it didnt have any contract or proof of warrancy.

Thank you

 Hana
