I just got it and i am setting it up
But when it got to a pat where it been saying " just a moment" for very long

So to get help from a HP Expert you can go to this website http://support.hp.com/us-en/ and click on Contact Support in the top right corner, identify your product and enter the information then you will see your compatible help options.
