Hp Envy-14 Sleek book
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop is Hp Envy-14 sleek book, originary installed os is widows 8 I upgraded it to windows 10 and started experience several issues, including windows start up problems, I was unable to log in, it was loging endlessly, I tried several way to fix it with unfruitful results, I decided to restore the system, it was restored by removing most of the installed app, but still has windows 10, but this current windows is not activated, I have tried to activate it without success, It keep on showing windows is not activated, I spent a lot of money to buy it because it had genuine os, now it is showing as if is pirated one, please show how to restore my genuine os, on my laptop nowhere is license writen only the stica for windows 8 genuine

Hi,

If Windows 10 was installed once on the PC it will be automatically activated if the same edition is reinstalled. Since you are having problems activating I would get in contact with Microsoft support by chat. Here is link to virtual agent. Type in activation and follow the answers. After a couple of answers you will have the option to talk to real person and they will help you with activation.
