Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop hp pavilion 15.6" flagship skylake notebook doesn't have the recovery option in my computer or this pc, so can you please help me how to recover it . once my OS go corrupted so i took my laptop to hp service near to me, they gave duplicate version of OS and they said to contact hp services and ask for drives , the hp stores are not responding.At now I'm in India, I buyed this laptop through amazon in canada. So please help regarding my issue , how to get the OS and recovery in my laptop.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. 

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends). 

Response times may vary by region.
