my laptop is identifying as different model EX.its hp pavilion and when entering the site for identfying it reads thats HP envy

I reviewed your post and I understand that your HP computer is getting identified as a different model on HP support site.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

I recommend you to try typing the product number of the PC and check whether the product is showing up correctly. HP support site is under maintenance and that could be a reason it is showing up the wrong information.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend you to try after some time and check.
