help me please my reseting is failed now my pc is not start only show hp logo but not start what i do??????????????????????????????????????????????/

Hi,


Tap away F2 or ESC key as soon as you power on laptop, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests from System Diagnostics UEFI

Let me know the results
