Those temps are fine. You control the little fire icon by setting the thresholds in the back end of the program. If it is under 70 C heat is not an issue.

Then it is okay if the second fan walks slower than the first?

holy! thank you so so much. I've been wanting to find out whether this is normal on my HP Omen too. Any idea why the 2nd fan is operating so slowly though?

Yeah just because it is normal (common) does not necessarily mean it is right. I think it actually may be that the motherboard fan sensor is being misread by speedfan because both fans do spin and they sound the same when they both spin.
