I have a desktop that runs BOTH Win8.1 and Win10, and in repeated performance tests and day-to-day usage, the Win10 system does appear to perform faster than Win8.1, and with the same app set installed, it actually takes less disk space.
However, your comment about "pirated Win10" means you get NO SUPPORT here.

It really depends on the users preferences. I personally did not like windows 8.1 but windows 10 is usable. Windows 10 might work better than Windows 8.1, depending on the hardware. What PC model are you using?

I am not saying windows 10 is better and if you are using 10 already, then you can compare to determine whether you think it is better. Speed of opening apps might be one way to compare. Actually performance while in the app is another way. I judge by how well it does the job rather the speed apps open.

Sir I m using pirated version of windows 10,is there any difference of speed in them.Ya I have done comparison between both of them I m thinking that windows 8.1 is better than windows 10.I m using windows10 from last three months ,when i have use this OS first time in my laptop ,when i get connected to internet my windows get updated i was suprised but my liscence get expired of windows as it was pirated OS.This problem arises many times. When i was using windows 8.1 no such problem occurs i m now also thinking that windows 8.1 was better & it also consume less RAM.
