Product: pavillion dv6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After calling MS I was told I had torest my bios to revert back to my win7 pro

after reseting it to defauld using F10 and f9 Win 10 keeps loading. I need to rest the order to recognise my win 7 recovery disks

With the first recovery disc in the drive-shut down the laptop. Immediately after pressing the power button to turn on- start tapping the Esc key. From the menu that opens tap F9. Use arrow key to move down to CD/DVD drive to highlight/select it. Then tap Enter key.
