Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I bought my laptop recently, my computer was normal.
Yesterday I install win7 32 bit , when I turn on my system and windows starting, my laptop hanging and curser mouse is busy.
how solve this problem.

How did you install Windows?

Tap away F2 key as you power on laptop, do extensive hard drive and and memory tests. Let it finish

What is the full model name, product number of your laptop?
