Product: hp notebook- g070nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hi, my HP laptop shows a black screen after "automatic repair" and sometimes it shows the start up loading page and then the black screen. I cannot use a CD/DVD installation to fix it, due to the fact that this laptop didn't come with the opening for it.
please help, thanks.

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.
