Support not working and i can't restore my pc

Help me with the information for a restore, 

 

As restore will take the device to a previous location when computer was working fine, only if there are avaialbe restore points. 

 

IF you need to remove all the application only : 

 

Try a reset from settings. 

 

Else I will suggest to back up everything and try a recovery. ( in case less applications installed)

 

However this is a big step as there could be issues on windows updates installing. 

 

So please update before performing one.

Please do create the recovery media, if not created.
