my laptop was always having a thermal shutdown and having difficult to boot the screen

Hey there! @malit, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand that your laptop is shutting down abruptly and throwing error thermal shutdown.

 

The error message you provided looks to be an issue with CPU or system fan.

 

Please update system BIOS on your laptop and check if it helps.

 

Update BIOS using this link.

 

If the issue still persists refer this article to troubleshoot overheating issues.

 

If the above steps do not work. It is a hardware issue.

 

Please contact HP for service options.
