Product: stream laptop 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hi my son has a two week old stream laptop 14 and he went to remove somethings off of it a few night ago and now it wont come on and its just flashing "hp" and he need it for school and am wondering on how to even get on again, and working like it was. thank you

Try to boot into Recovery. Read the section-"Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly":
