HP x2 detachable pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP  x2 detachable PC- model 10-p020ca, windows 10 64 bit, previously it was windows 10 64 bit and I formatted with Andriod os 6.0. it doesn't work properly.

So i  want to format with windows 10 again with USB boot but it says UFI file not selected.

Is there anyone who can help me on this.

Thanks in advance.

@nearabel

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you are unable to boot from USB on windows 10 64 bit for HP x2 detachable PC- model 10-p020ca,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Did you check the different types of recovery done on HP Products?

Installing Android could have deleted the partition to revert back to windows, do you have HP recovery media kit on the USB drive?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:

If you don't have a recovery media kit, please order one using this link: Click here

To know more about performing a recovery & revert back to factory shipped OEM (windows 10) : Click here

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!
