Product: HP ENVY Ultrabook 4-1046tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

the usb 3.0 ports in my hp envy 4-1046tx are not working anymore .

it does not detect any pendrive , mouse , or any other plug and play devices .

please help.
