how to fix antiv
Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

Hi My name is Te Rina and my husband  and i brought a hp laptop from smith city taupo.Now we brought it not knowing that we had to buy a protection antivirus disc we still have 8 months warranty are they still obliged to fix our computer no matter what the circumstances are.We dont have the money to fix now so would it be best to buy a disc from there too.and is there a free antivirus protector where we could go for a one off and thats free???

What is the full model number (or product number) of your computer and how long ago did you buy it?

HP laptops usually have the info inside the battery compartment.

 

Also, you mentioned your system is Windows XP. HP does not sell computer with XP anymore and does not warranty them.

Perhaps you meant to say Windows 10?
