Wondering no more. HP rep. just collected my notebook for repair. Looking forward to my fixed notebook in 3-5 days.

Very happy not to be kept waiting in the dark. Thank you

Hi IT_WinSec just to update you ,I received my repaired Spectre yesterday after 2 phone calls to HP service center. But my pc keeps getting error message so I try to reset. Instead it gets worse as I cannot access windows 10 as the pc keeps looping from installing/error/ reset. So using gparted (on usb) I  access the HD and noticed there were 7 partitions, one of Fats format (how on earth did it get there). I deleted all the partitions and recover Windows using my usb Backup. I am writing this using the Spectre and noticed my pc RAM is of Hynix/Hyundai made. Is that correct? Your confirmation would be reassuring. Thank you very much for your help.
