Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T03AV)

I bought a new victus 16 from amazon, not only a USB port is damaged (cracked on the plastic), but the warranty started in may 2023 and is now expiring! That's not acceptable. Is my pc already used/returned product? How can i solve this situation?

The warranty starts when the computer is BUILT at the factory, not when it is PURCHASED.  So, if it sits in a warehouse for 9 months, when it is bought, it will only have 3 months left on the HP warranty,

 

You have to Register it in order to reset the warranty end date: https://register.hp.com/americas/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e1s1&cc=US&lang=en


This is NOT something we can do for you.
