I tried updating the drivers and all the other useless BIOS settings and nothing worked. But this video did work. Just follow the setps in the video and let me know if it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XXgFIM13O4

- Go to Settings. Then to power settings. Go to Sleep and set to never for battery and for plug-in. Then go to Search in lower left corner of screen next to the Windows logo. Type power troubleshooter and let it reset and fix the settings. That's it.
- There is another easy solution to this problem.
